Bubble Tea Warehouse – may hereon be referred to as ‘Bubble Tea Warehouse, we or us’.
Delivery Guidelines
1.1 Bubble Tea Warehouse will make all reasonable efforts to meet a Customers delivery request, however the date and time for any delivery is an estimate only. As such we will not be liable for any loss suffered by the Customer or any third-party due to late delivery. Please note many factors including shipping and packing, and time spent in Customs all contribute to the overall time taken for a delivery to arrive.
1.2 Bubble Tea Warehouse will not insure any goods shipped, couriered or otherwise transported to the Customer. We will not be liable to the Customer or any third-party for any loss or damage caused whilst being shipped, couriered or otherwise transported.
1.3 Bubble Tea Warehouse may deliver the goods ordered by the Customer in instalments unless otherwise agreed to in writing. Delivery of goods to the Customer in installments does not entitle the Customer to cancel their order.
Returns and Exchange Policy
2.1 Bubble Tea Warehouse will accept, for return or exchange, items that are in new condition, unused, unaltered and free of damage by the customer. For a full refund or exchange please return your purchase within fourteen(14) days from receipt of the original order. Items cannot be returned or exchanged after fourteen(14) days from the receipt of original order. All items must be returned in their original packaging.
2.2 Once we receive your item, it will be inspected and we will notify you of the status of your refund.
2.3 The Customer will be responsible for paying for any return shipping costs for the item/s. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Pricing
3.1 Bubble Tea Warehouse reserves the right to change, correct, amend or supplement the pricing and information contained in this web site without prior notice.
3.2 Prices include all additional applicable Goods and Service Taxes (G.S.T.). All prices set out on this web site are:
– Inclusive of G.S.T.
– Valid until any dates specified.
– Subject to stock being available to complete any/all orders.
Payment
4.1 Bubble Tea Warehouse relies upon the Customer to ensure orders are accurate. It is the responsibility of the Customer to ensure they have placed the correct order for any amount of goods they require.
4.2 All orders placed on the Bubble Tea Warehouse web site will be payable immediately through either a third-party gateway such as ‘PayPal’ or our standard Credit Card processing facility. Or in the case of an account customer within fourteen(14) days of the date of the invoice.
4.3 If the Customer does not pay Bubble Tea Warehouse for the goods within the time prescribed, the Customer acknowledges and agrees that:
– We may pursue legal representation to recover any amounts owing; and
– The Customer will be liable for Bubble Tea Warehouse’s legal fees to recover any amounts owing.
4.4 We may discontinue performance if the Customer fails to pay any sum due, or fails to perform under this or any other agreement if after seven(7) days written notice, the failure has not been resolved.
Cancellation
5.1 Cancellation of any order will be at the sole discretion of Bubble Tea Warehouse.
5.2 We are not under any obligation to accept, or reimburse the Customer for, any unused products that are returned.
Defective Products and Shortages
6.1 If the Customer believes that the product is defective, the Customer must:
– Notify Bubble Tea Warehouse in writing of the alleged defect within seven(7) days of receipt of the product; and
– If the Customer alleges the product is defective, return the product (at the Customers expense) in its original packaging and inform us of the invoice number and delivery date.
6.2 The Customer will be deemed to have accepted the product unless they notify us otherwise within seven(7) days of receipt of the product.
6.3 If we are not satisfied that the product is defective, we will be under no obligation to replace the product or refund to the Customer any costs. We will not replace any allegedly defective goods or refund the customer the cost of the goods if they were damaged or broken whilst at the risk of the Customer or at the Customers premises.
General
7.1 Any orders placed by a Customer on our web site will create fully enforceable obligations that will be subject to these terms and conditions.
7.2 Bubble Tea Warehouse will not be liable for any performance delays or for non-performance, due to causes beyond our reasonable control.
7.3 The Customer may not assign any rights or obligations hereunder without prior written consent from Bubble Tea Warehouse.
7.4 If any term or provision herein is determined to be illegal or unenforceable, the validity or enforceability of the remainder of the terms or provisions herein will remain in effect.
7.5 These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between Bubble Tea Warehouse and the Customer, and supersede any previous communications, representations or agreements between the parties, whether oral or written; any additional or different terms and conditions will not apply. The purchase of goods will constitute the Customers acceptance of these terms and conditions. The Customer acknowledges and agrees that the supply of all goods by Bubble Tea Warehouse will be governed solely by the terms and conditions set out on this page.
Limited Liability
8.1 Bubble Tea Warehouse gives those warranties implied by consumer protection legislation in relation to the product. All other warranties are excluded to the extent permitted by law.
Terms and conditions for the vouchers:
9.1 The customer will be issued a voucher code which must be entered and applied on the Payment Details page in order to be redeemed for that order prior to processing a payment to confirm the order.
9.2 The discount value of the voucher will be deducted from the total order value. The remaining balance, if any, must be paid by EFT / bank transfer / cash deposit.
9.3 Vouchers can only be redeemed against products at www.bubbleteawarehouse.com. Vouchers can not be redeemed at Mr.Bubble Tea.
9.4 Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full and is valid for a single transaction only.
9.5 Vouchers can only be redeemed when order amount exceed the voucher value.
9.6 Only 1 voucher could be redeemed per order. Vouchers may not be used in conjunction with any other reward, voucher or discount.
9.7 Bubble Tea Warehouse retains the right to reject any voucher that has been tampered with or found in any way unacceptable
9.8 We are not responsible if a Voucher is lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed and no replacement will be provided in these circumstances
9.9 Bubble Tea Warehouse can vary or replace these conditions from time to time.
